What is CBT?
CBT focuses on the cycle of your thoughts and behaviours with a view of adapting these into a new cycle to help you achieve your goals but it doesn't always need to be worksheets.
You do need to be willing to put in the work on your side to see the best results.
What can it help with?
CBT can support people through a wide range of challenges, including depression, generalised and health anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem or self-sabotaging behaviours, menopause related difficulties, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), phobias, stress and burnout, social anxiety, and trauma. It can also help with sensitive experiences such as domestic abuse, sexual assault, rape, or miscarriage. This list isn’t exhaustive and everyone’s situation is unique. If you’d like to explore whether CBT could be right for you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
